      Pros

      Good Management and culture. freedom of speech, safety, opinion counts, etc. Everything which you consider good is here. Trainings, HR everything is fine. Safety is upmost here and they believe in safety for workers also. If you want to join for initial levels then its not good as later you will not leave this company and you stuck here.

      Cons

      Some policies introduced by HR not that well compared to peer companies. they need to also work on getting trust when ever new decision taken.
