Pros
The company lived up to its core values, unlike other companies, which only said so during the onboarding.
Leaders are proactive in supporting and always communicating even better, they overcommunicate, which makes things more straightforward.
They are also an advocate for work-life balance and encourage team members to travel and work, as long as you have a good internet connection, of course, since it is a work-from-home setup.
They also encourage agents to talk directly with the clients, as the company gives their full trust in you, and you can count on the support team anytime you need. Having said that, they don't do a screen capture or anything like that, so rest assured that as long as you do your part, you will be acknowledged and will never be micro-managed.
Cons
