      Inexperienced leadership, unprofessional

      smart co workers, nice people

      The leadership team lacks real world experience and the professionalism to succeed. Every person they let go gets dropped with no notice, no severance, no specific explanation aside from some vague "we are going in a different direction". It does not matter how long you have been there or how much you have contributed or what your role was. It is very unprofessional to not even give a minimal 2-weeks pay in lieu of notice, or even say something nice like "good luck in future endeavors, let me write you a nice recommendation on Linkedin". The fact that this happens every time to every person tells me that this is how they operate. If you have any self respect, do not go to work here.

      Hire and Fire culture, ego and drama queens

      Pay is good..until they fire you

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture, people come and go weekly. No strategic direction for the company. Clients complain and everyone freaks out erratically, then the client gets away with everything (you are an order taker). Great marketing but little talent to back it up. CEO is interesting as he is hands-on, has a crazy ego tho. The leadership all seem to know each other before and have a weird relationship tryin to make it a family atmosphere which is bad for the culture. Seems like everyone who succeeds here has some connection to the family.

      Pros

      Fast growing, super intelligent people at the director and under level.

      Cons

      The company values of collaboration, trust, and ownership are a joke. C-Suite has poor leadership, transparency, and accountability. Good people are overworked. Develop an actual strategic plan, share it, and let people work towards that.
