Pros
- Good work environment with a nice office - Friendly colleagues, and fun social activities - Flexible schedules, sort of - Free benefits, such as gym and insurance
Cons
- No trade unions, nor representatives, we are on our own - Mass layoffs at random, no one is safe regardless of role and skills - Incompetent management who would rather layoff skilled workers than fix their problems - No opportunity for full remote work regardless of my health
