Tuition reimbursement. Flexible work hours.
Cons
Super-high deductible for insurance. No growth opportunities. Small company, so if you don’t fit in, you’ll be miserable. HR is a joke - only one unqualified person. Management will not deliver on promises. Can’t get or keep contracts.
