      High fluctuation, missing career paths, lack of resources

      Pros

      very nice colleagues and team spirit

      Cons

      High fluctuation which makes it hard to work on projects. Constant lack of resources. There are hardly any career paths. Salaries could be better.

      Awesome Team, lots of company sponsored social events, interesting and challenging work

      Cons

      The basic software project at NetConomy goes like this: 1. Sales ridiculously over promises what is possible; 2. Solution Architects (most of them did not write a single line of code in their whole life) design the project, and also _estimate_ the time it takes to develop the project; 3. Some poor Dev Team has now the "opportunity" to implement the (sometimes really bad) userstories to a completely unrealistic deadline;

      If you are on the right team, it's great. Moderately high level of autonomy/control during your work day. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Managers can be great or terrible. Working for clients that you may not care for can be unfortunate.
