NetImpact is just like a nightmare. Though they call themselves an organization but don't follow any such value. You are hired and fired on the will of management. They call their employees as their family but don't allow family members to talk. Even after days you will hardly know the name of person sittin besides you. Minimum 10 hours shift is must and plus saturdays are also working. You are not allowed to be late even by 5 minutes. Though they provide you leaves on paper but when you ask for leave you are treated as if you have asked for their kidneys and you are threaten to the extent of firing. Speaking on part of hygiene, it has only 1 COMMON washroom for about 25 people which remained occupied all the time and you feel like you are standing in queue of some municipality waiting for your turn to come. Overall its the worst company I have ever worked for with no learning experience and horrible policies. Join this organisation only if you are capable of bearing extreme physical and mental torcher. I wonders if they have aliens to work for them as normal human being can't survive in this pathetic office.

- Poor work quality, you won't be adding value, if you've worked in a good organization before you'll feel humiliated by the work - everyone from Executive to General Manager does the same meaningless job - The so called Big Data Social Analytics company - MD doesn't have a clue about technology, cant' even operate Excel or PPT properly - There are no technical tools that they work with, you're expected to scan social media, and google search pages manually--- yes I mean read them manually like you see your smartphone - The attempt at insights is very poor, there's no learning, unlike he will mention in your interview - Pathetic work culture - Runs it like a school - not allowed to talk (maintain silence in office), not allowed to sit anywhere you like, horrible office setting in a basement - In exchange for money, MD expects you to give him your mind, body and soul - Work 24x7, you're expected to work even on festivals like Diwali night, Weekend nights... all the time, that too when your client is not bothered, and mostly doesnt even see your emails.. - WORST OF ALL - maintaining silence, and being punctual (albeit he himself is not) will be the KRAs you will be reviewed on, your work quality will not even be in top 5 KRA
