      Pros

      Work hours are good. Field work is good. Most PMs are helpful.

      Cons

      Office staff is a clown show. No support. No accountability. No respect. Every body in the office is either family or friends. Good ole boy network. Not a safe environment for female employees. HR management is clueless, incompetent, totally unprofessional and don’t want to help.

      Great upper level management and support from Norcross office as long as your in the clique

      Cons

      Augusta branch Project manager reworks completed time sheets, shorts employee hours on the job. Shows severe favoritism to maintenance crews, Construction crews have time deletes on payroll, davis-bacons wage rates ignored on government contracts. Extended project travel not paid. Promised 90 day reviews may take 3 years to occur.

      Pros

      Family-like environment. Feeling like your co-workers care about you, especially the management team, is important. You are not a number here. Coming into work and enjoying who you work with everyday is a great benefit! Having a 40 hour work week is fantastic, I know my general schedule before the week starts and get to have weekends and holidays with my family. Best thing!

      Miscommunication can occur sometimes, but that is usually a problem everywhere

      Pros

      I have been at NetPlanner for 4 years now and I can not say enough good things about this company. Family oriented, room for growth, semi-remote options, great management, like a family!

      Cons

      I wish the benefits were cheaper but it’s still very affordable.
