      Operating in a fast moving ERP industry. Strong solution, great value proposition and fantastic story to share with prospects across verticals

      Cons

      Very tactical approach, zero vision and strategy for the region. Sales leader expects to close a deal every 2 weeks. Come on you are selling an ERP solution, not stationary

      With growth comes some pain. The path to $1B in revenue has not been without its pitfalls and executive management need to listen more to experienced people on the ground rather than just looking at data points.
