I am part of Netzealous for the last 5 years and this is the only organization I am working for so long. A great company to work for and I really appreciate the Work life balance culture we follow. The management is very supportive, and they treat you with respect. We get good hikes every year and decent benefits for all employees. A great place to learn and build your career.

Saturday and Sunday off and cab service.

Cons

A company where the intelligence and the hierarchy is inversely proportional. It's like they are specifically looking for people with low intelligence for their management positions whereas the people working on the ground level are highly capable.
