Netspark's products are aimed at making the internet safer for children by filtering out pornography and other unwanted content. In my opinion that is a good mission statement, and the people involved are passionate about it.
In addition, Netspark has product for all devices, and impressive Image recognition abilities, so there is a great variety of things to do there and technologies to gain experience with.
Cons
The pay isn't the the highest, and the office location makes it a bit of a pain to commute to.
* They hire only juniors, which is great if you are one
* Friendly management and employees
* Interesting and important product
Cons
* Not enough seniors, so as soon as you "feel comfortable" with the tech stack - hard to learn something new
* Perks and pay under the average
* Not enough social events & budget
* You wont get a raise unless you ask for
