We haven't always got it right, but over the past 18 months our business has strived to create a culture that is inclusive, empowering and focused. We now provide a flexible working environment in which everyone is encouraged to flourish, support each other and deliver the best customer service we can.
It's been a challenge and not everyone subscribes to the community but we do what we can to support everyone in our business. We are a very diverse group of people from different countries, backgrounds, walks of life, some of us have battled illness and disability but the community we have created ensures everyone feels included and has a voice that will be heard.
Knowing that we take care of our well-being ensures we function at our best everyday for our clients, and we welcome feedback, good and bad, because we want to learn quickly.
Cons
We are a nationwide company with flexible hybrid working and so we don't always get the opportunity to spend time with each other in person, but we are working towards improving this in 2022
