- management are disorganised, felt like we were playing he said she said at times because no one was on the same page with certain topics
- next to no training: if you want team members to perform like you then train them how you’d want to be trained and not just “do this don’t do this cool you’re all see you in a few weeks”
- for a company that used “don’t be like general pants sales assistants” in the training they sure pressure you to nag customers
- don’t listen to what needs to change/what works for individual stores, instead it must be that you just didn’t do your job well enough/belittling of opinions if it’s different to how they do things
- quality of clothing and the price don’t add up
- access to what all stores were currently sitting on $$ wise was both a good and bad thing, adds unnecessary competition/stress and comparisons
- so much miscommunication in general
- apparent that some higher management were over it too with comments made to new employees on first time meeting about how’d they’d worked there for too long - not a good look
- felt like every store was running different/under different training/received different treatment depending on whether your store was busy or a quieter one
