      Completely remote. At times, can be a pretty easy role

      Cons

      C level is nonsensical, immature, and unprofessional. People have sounded alarms on what is going wrong with the product. Nobody in leadership listens and only demands more. Product itself is bad, doesn't work. Total boys club, mixed with a cringe tech bro culture.

      Leadership could be hands off for a good period of time allowing you to complete work on occasion.

      Cons

      Leadership was non-existent when there was an issue and when Gary did make appearances he was always changing his mind. No focus.
