Rate of pay is less than what I got in my previous job and I really notice the difference Monthly payment is extremely difficult for a part-time worker who's also in uni Constant changing of rota and asking to come in on days off (I understand this can't be helped) but causes anxiety on days off or when checking the "new" rota for the upcoming week when one has already been published. Management seemed overly annoyed when employees couldn't or wouldn't come in on their days off, thought this was unfair.

I enjoy working there, however, as I work in a smaller store you have to do a bit of everything. Especially if you are working long shifts, this is physically and mentally tiring as you have a list of duties to do before your shifts finish. I would not recommend the Keyholder position to anyone as you more or less do the same amount of work as a supervisor but you don't get paid the same!!!
