No pros applicable since the company has failed, due to the incompetence of its management, namely: Andrew Watts.

Cons

The Company has failed not only in London (UK), but also in Austin (Texas). These two were the only real offices that the company have ever had. Although it's still present in Companies House (UK), Newtecnic has no workforce and no clients. It is effectively dead.

Very nice projects and office soace (co-working building)

Cons

Not enough competence within the directors to deliver the challenging projects. I worked until 8pm everyday as average, sometimes even after midnight.

Great marketing team, with a good emphasis on external image.

Cons

It's really not as impressive from the inside. Management is horrible and very careless about employees. Be careful, a lot of the positive reviews are left by the management themselves and their PR firm to make things look better.
