Pros
Although the pandemic interrupted the workplace for so many businesses last year (including my position), my experience at NexRev will always be a positive one. There were a lot of hardworking, talented individuals who genuinely treated the office like a small family - so much compassion for one another, playful banter, and at times a little tough love. Everyone was so eager to share their knowledge and help others to personally/professionally grow. We ate a lot of lunches together, in office and out, and had the opportunity to participate in events. While so many of us were not able to stay on during the pandemic, I can honestly say we forged such good friendships that we still stay in touch and are networking through this difficult time. If you happen to interview someone with from NexRev, you'll gain a committed, reliable, and personable employee. If you're an employee considering joining, I can honestly say everyone there cares about the work they create/created and the people they work/worked with.

Honestly, no cons. There are some really good, hardworking people here.
