Management is very unethical, very hard to reach out for updates, has favoritism, office politics, very authoritarian, they guilt trip their employees and toxic working environment. The company might look like a very chill management and working environment on the surface especially their social media account but don't let that fool you. They suddenly put 40+ employees on "floating status" without any prior notice. I was one of the employees that got affected. Then proceeded to get gaslight the whole situation by the management.
Technically, I am still an employee of the company but I don't have any schedule for my shift meaning to say, I receive no salary from them ever since I got "floated". Please don't every work here as a customer service representative or any agent position. The company frequently does this.
