2) 1.5 Yr bond and also condition like if you accept the increment the bond will again increase for the upcoming year (With the name of the bond they taking original certificates). So technically you are under their control
3) Minimal increment even if a client provides the bonus they will reduce it and then distribute
4) Fewer projects to work and the main project which is giving whole revenue was built using outdated technologies so no growth in terms of learning.
5) Management is unprofessional and pretends like they are busy all the time. Some teammates are good but the majority playing politics.
6) No project manager for the project, the director handles the project directly due to that he doesn't know how much time required to complete a specific task.
7) Hr is just for company requirements. She is just a transmitter who transmit the messages from the director.
8) I also have seen that my teammate who completed more than 5 yr here having an issue to getting his documents because management doesn't want to let him go due to his dependency into the project and he was fed up by the management
9) The company not using licensed software and buying assets which are refurbished

1) Totally Stay Away if you want make your career.
Advice to Experience guys
1) Do you ready need advice after reading the above points? C'mon man don't think too much there are lots of good companies in Ahmedabad. Try your luck somewhere else
