I joined a couple of months ago to help lead engineering efforts, and the experience has been fantastic. Additionally, the company fully empowers us with modern technology. We are provided with the best AI tools as needed - be it Claude Code, Cursor, or others - with no restrictions. Because our core architecture is already so robust and well-maintained, AI-assisted development, debugging, validation, and migrations are exceptionally smooth. This allows us to focus on core, impactful engineering challenges while seamlessly handing over routine operational tasks to Claude.
