People - Egoistic and arrogant people sitting as managers.Hardly any people management and project management skills. You won't have anyone to reach out to if you face any issues.
Parking - why would you hire people if you don't have parking. I feel like majdoor trying to pull vehicles on the road to park.My friends had to pay heavy fines as they parked on road as the parking is full by 9.45.
Cafeteria - poor food and only one vendor available. Cold tea is served and you wont get tea or coffee between 11 am to 4 pm.
Meeting rooms - you don't get meeting rooms as they are always occupied. Even after booking it senior management occupies them and you are forced to take calls from cafeteria.
Laptops - people have to wait for months to get a laptop. After couple of months they will hand you broken laptops. My colleagues have been waiting from months and still dont have a laptop. They't even provide you mouse, headphones and desk phones.
Policies - you have to sign large number of bonds and annextures. Notice period can be extended upto 6 months if permanent and 3 months if on probation. You have to pay Visa fees even if you have travelled on Visa. They track your floor time and you have to explain if working hours are not completed. Also you have to provide explanation if you are late, HR team tracks it on a notebook and send an email to all the employees to provide explanation.why do u hire people if you don't trust them? Your wife and kids can't travell with you for 3 months so that they can save some money on HRA component.
Transparency - You won't know when you are travelling and have to do 1000s of follow-ups. They hire you at good Indian salary and then will send you to South Africa at low salaries. So the good package doesn't matter. The salary won't be disclosed up until your travel date is close, so that you don't have any other option.
