The only Pro is "You have a job".

Specific to Singapore: 1. It is an agency which recruits people from India at cheap rates and deploy it to the customer. They pay very little and make fortune out of you. You are just a money making machine for them. 2. Very bad culture and behavior of the employees. The HR will treat you really bad, as you are a burden to the company. Even though they make a lot of money from you, you are treated like useless employee. 3. Their relocation benefits is a joke. 4. You will be better if you are working at the client location, as interacting with people in Nityo office is a pathetic experience.

Worst company and even fraud .... they are money sucker ...they will commit something and deliver something else ... You can check their reviews or ask any of the person who is working in Singapore .... even their India HR is also worst , they will never respond to your email or phone calls ... a very cheap company .... Don't go with goody goody reviews b'coz ... I have the all emails that how they cheat with employees

1. Worst Nityo client Managers. If he calls you then bad timing will start on you. 2. Worst HR department. 3. Salary always after a week. 4. Please avoid this worst agency, it will save time and money. 5. Very low salary offer compared to market. 6. No benefits and very strict policies of cleaning leave and claims matter. Telling from my own experience and other colleagues feedback. 'Dont join'
