      Worst job that I could have

      Pros

      I have tried thinking of a pro, but there are none. If you are in a desperate need of a job try something else.

      Cons

      Most of the pay is in the form of a bonus which to obtain you must be their obeying slave. I worked all weekends for almost 1 year. Colleagues were great, but you will be treated as a piece of toilet paper. If you want to leave in the first year they will threaten you with a law suit for 2000 Euros because of the paid training, training that is done at any job. Avoid at all costs.

      Friendly environment Helpful and nice colleagues Dynamic working environment (the average age about 27) A good start

      Cons

      Attendance - too rigid for that kind of company Lack of organization on certain levels. The AC here is very bad, as it is always cold in our offices. It is not ok to work under 22 degrees temperature; mainly in summer, the difference of temperature is very big and it is not healthy. It is not possible/normal to work with the hood on your head, a wool blanket on your legs or all over you, a sweater during summer... Mandatory leave between Christmas and NYE, even if I have no plans, I am obliged to keep a few days for that period. Some requirements from people from the upper managements are a bit unrealistic. Micro management from CEO.

      Some folks working there were pros.

      Cons

      Management is full of liars. No respect for employees. Lots of stupid rules. If you needed smth from HR you'd better give it up. Made-up survey results about how happy the employees are. There is a huge difference between the image created at the interview and the reality.
