I have been working at Noltiс for almost a year and I can say that the company cares about its employees and does everything to create comfortable working conditions. Due to the absence of bureaucracy, you can easily convey your opinion and ideas to the management.
Cons
There is no 100% perfect workplace, just as there are no 100% perfect people and employees. In the current situation, stability and support are essential, which Noltic provides.
