Pros
Really had a great culture as an agency itself. They give you a chance to grow in the company, great finance team to assist you, not just professionally but personally.
Cons
The way the whole company is set up, there can be certain limited responsibilities. It’s good for earning experience but they dont have the full cycle or deeper accounting processes.

Pros
There used to be a fun and positive morale, but it doesn't exist anymore.
Cons
The pay is terrible, they overservice all their clients because they don't do timesheets. Clients are rude to junior staff and senior staff don't stand up for them.
