Notable is hyper customer focused, relentless in prioritizing features that drive customer outcomes. Even as an engineer, you have a chance to get up and close with customer to hear first hand, the impact of the product, as well as areas to improve.
Cons
As a platform company, individual products take much longer to get to "full functionality". There is always the tension of building customer-facing features vs engineering long-term platform capabilities.
