I believe if you decide to work for Nova Compresison and you bring any kind of value it will not be respected until the very moment they need you, and after you will be forgotten.

Upper management is so dumb they can't properly run a company. One day they will learn less people from Oklahoma if they want to succeed in oil and gas. Don't worry about getting parts, your expected to lie to customers on supply chain failures. That's OK because upper management has degrees in lying to employees.
