By far the best reason to work at Novator is the people. A large portion of the employees start as students; perhaps even a majority. Due to the common circumstances new employees find themselves in there is a very strong sense of community within the office.I can testify to forming some great friendships that outlasted my stay there.
There is also the chance to work with some very big clients. Not all clients are massive, but the ones that are are blockbusters in their respective industries.
Cons
The worst part of working at Novator is the frustration of working with a legacy code base that can result in a lot of headaches. If you care deeply about code quality then you might find it difficult to work within a system that doesn't value those principles.
