Work life balance. No problems with approving leaves. Over time paid. Friendly first level management and team leads. Freedom at work place. Friendly staff

No matter how long your service is or how hard you work there will be no promotions or evaluations. No Carrer growth for startups No bonuses Salary rates are below industrial rates. Salary increments happens pretty rarely. No extra curricular activities.
