Good for getting experiences for fresh graduate.
Cons
The boss is highly unprofessional and even worse, constantly changes decisions. Boss often scold staff in front of others without investigating the problem first.

Diversity in colleague. Nice office environment.
Cons
Boss likes to hear the stories of other staff. Some staff likes to take care of other people's business, toxic environment. Boss often scold/yell at their staff for some stupid reasons, so unprofessional. Bad management no Finance, no HR, all one person handling. Medical claim only RM50 not make any sense. No benefits at all.
