      Good working environment spoiling with work pressure.

      - Friendly environment - No night shifts - Proper work structure

      Cons

      - Only 2nd and 4th saturday are off. - Putting lots of pressure on the employees - Office timing is from 9.00am to 5.30pm, but no body can leave at 5.30pm - No cab facilities - No respect for the employees; they are treating them like a dog.

      Pros

      NTrust is great place to work and it also has friendly environment. I joined as Trainee and now working as Senior Process Lead. Fast Track process provides an excellent opportunity to move to next level in career.

      I think there's no downsides in Ntrust.
