      Worst place i've ever worked

      None, extremely toxic enviroment, would not recommend

      If you’re considering working here, think twice. This place expects you to know the entire business inside and out after barely three weeks on the job. There’s absolutely no meaningful support from management no guidance, no constructive feedback, nothing. Instead, you get extreme micromanagement at every turn, with zero actual help to improve or succeed. It’s a draining environment where you’re criticised for things you were never trained on and left to figure everything out on your own. Honestly, one of the most unproductive and discouraging workplaces I’ve experienced.

      Strange boys club

      Nice enough people. Free snacks.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team seems like a weird boys club, lack of women in senior roles and a lack of diversity. Doesn't feel like a patient first company, money over morals sounds like the objective. The use of A.I imagery in some of their patient leaflets and website is a bit of a concern. Seems a bit top heavy on the manager front. Really mundane on the social nights too. Feels like the company needs a blood test or some supplements, to evaluate what's wrong with it.

      Avoid at all costs

      Good location for office, most teams are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      - Nepotism within the company is rife - Leadership team are not empathetic, displays toxic behaviour and expects everyone to be all in but yet the SLT change their minds about plans all the time, leading to a lot of failed projects - People don't feel they can raise concerns or ask questions during the all hands (because this was deemed disrespectful), so now all comments are moderated in the name of "being respectful" but it's clear it's just a form of censorship - Barely any female representation at senior leadership level - Awful, mean comments made about members of staff demeaning their work - The leadership team don't really give off much care for patients
