Pros
NVIGEN was a startup during my time at the company. It allowed the opportunity to grow and take on projects not available in non-startup environments. We were allowed to see not just the research aspects, but also the business aspects of the business.
Cons
The company structure is not the most organized. Transparency is also not the best regarding company finances. Pay isn't the most competitive compared to the rest of the industry.
