Working culture is very open and friendly and supportive. Everyone supports here. If you are performing very good then you get exceptional growth here. I am mainlining my personal life also along with my work in OM since years and getting good learning experience. People are wonderful here in terms of technology i.e. creme people of technology where you get solution of each and everything. If you have any non technical(personal or professional) problem, then management is always available to give you a solution. There is no partiality and no politics here. Company gives chance to everyone to grow which is the only reason company is growing like anything every year in terms of projects/profits/employees etc. Lot of employee engagement activities (outdoor trips/events etc) are here which I always enjoyed. I have seen everyone here with long time and my colleagues are working here since several years and even they don't want to change now. Good overseas and onsite opportunity, if you are putting your 100%
