Pros
There are genuinely talented, smart people here who care about the work. The company has resources and real growth potential. If you find the right team, you’ll work alongside people who are sharp and collaborative.
Cons
The workload is not sustainable. Employees are stretched across too many responsibilities with little recognition. Some members of senior leadership lack the emotional maturity you’d expect at this level. comments that would be inappropriate in any professional setting are treated as normal. Reporting structures are unclear and frequently bypassed, which creates confusion and makes it hard to know where you stand. You may find yourself doing significantly more than your role requires with very little acknowledgment.
