      Work time is very flexible, great amenities, good colleagues.

      Cons

      Pool table is very distracting. We need to play everyday.

      Pros

      - Work from anywhere and great life balance. C-level encourage's people to turn off their notification after working hours and always ask them to not work more than they are supposed to. - Lot's of autonomy organizing your time. - Very nurturing and inclusive work enviroment. - Mult-cultural team from all around the world. - Lot of benefits like premium worldwide insurance, health benefits that can be used for a massage or similar, education allowance, etc. - You get to work on some challenging projects with renowned companies like Starbucks or Hyper (by A16Z, Sequoia Capital, and Product Hunt).

      Cons

      - It was hard to work remote only during covid, but that is changing as we can work from anywhere including our cool office in T-One, Thailand, Bangkok

      Pros

      Great and relaxed company culture. Interesting projects. Great office in a nice location.

      Cons

      No clear career progression path due to extremely flat company hierarchy (may be a pro for some). Information flow was not always ideal, as it was more pull than push based: people who asked more, knew more.
