Pros
Pay is decent and when there is a lot of work available you get a lot of hours (40) also there is sick time.
Cons
They don't give you work based on how long you've been there and even if you know all the machines. Even if you've been there a few years they can let you go at the drop of a hat, for any reason they see fit. There is a lack of communication between agent and employee, most of the time agents don't want to be bothered with questions or concerns. A lot of them are very unprofessional and rude (I've heard of one agent screaming and hanging up on an employee for calling in sick one time) I believe the agency gets a cut of the money for your work so you're treated more like a name on a list than anything else. Very impersonal. Medical absence is looked down upon (again, heard of a situation where an employee had surgery and a few health issues then all of a sudden they cut his hours completely)

Pros
Although this is a temp agency, Nypro will hire you on full time if you are a reliable employee and they will promote you if you work hard. The staff and supervisors are friendly. You get 3 paid breaks a day and sometimes they will let you take extra time on your breaks. They do occasionally offer overtime.
Cons
The 12 hour shifts are long and exhausting. You have to work every other weekend. The pay is not that great. The work is fairly easy if the floor is fully staffed, but sometimes they will be understaffed and they will expect you to run multiple machines and do two people's jobs which can be very stressful.
