The company preys on those that are unhappy in their jobs, the management was brainwashed. To join, you pay $145 which is for a “Background check” only you don’t question it because a friend brought you in. Then you find out about the pyramid scheme, how your firmed now overrides your work so the money ladders never make sense and you can never truly tell what your commissions will be. I left after seeing the drinking in the office; the falsifying of records to qualify for incentives from the boss; and being told that my dress should be provocative in order to sell more business. Never in my professional career have I seen such behavior. After leaving I needed to block individual to attempt to avoid the harassment to rejoin, to save the image and perception within the office with so many leaving. Now, I’m being told I have balances to resolve. If there is a balance, the owner whom kept the residual pay on the policies sold can cover it. If there was a a balance it wouldn’t come over 3 years after leaving. And it sure wouldn’t be a third of the pay I made at this so called company.
