      Pros

      Accepted to the role even though I do not have the prior experience or completed educational background. Was glad to be given a chance by the IT Systems Manager. - Lots to learn if vou are knowledge-hungry - Career Progression seems promising - Manager was friendly and helpful

      Cons

      - Lack of manpower - Salary is below market value which is understandable for my case - Learning is independent which was challenging as I do not have relevant experience

      Lots of different roles to undertake, meaning lots of things to try and learn. Support engineer, network engineer, security engineer, sales, etc and you'll be training to be the it manager of your posting

      Cons

      a little short on manpower. pay scale is below average. things may get a little hairy
