Pros

(Some) nice and real co-workers, nice warehouse colleagues and overseas colleagues. On job training was very clear.

Cons

Toxic. Micromanaging. Personal experience: I sensed sarcasm/fakeness. I think this is largely a problem with one particular department, but I wouldn’t know. Mistakes happen, instead of using the time to find solutions, time is being wasted amplifying the mistakes. You might become extremely paranoid as I have observed in at least one other ex-colleague. Although, I brought this paranoia to my next employment and it did help me in some positive way. Long meetings very regularly, yet expected to complete tasks otherwise we may be deemed incompetent. German company but Asian work culture is accurate but only to a certain extent, because I have worked in multiple Asian companies and had mostly good experiences compared to this. We don’t get treated like teenagers in secondary school, our feedbacks were valued, annual leave and medical leave are an entitlement (so long as employees don’t abuse it). I also saw a few ex-colleagues being treated very differently upon resignation. Childish.

Pros

✔ Dynamic - Ideal for high achievers and for those that seeks APAC exposure ✔ Most colleagues are cordial and efforts to maintain a harmonious environment was observed ✔ Adheres to performing with high standards but at the expense of efficiency due to communication barriers

Cons

1) Micromanaging Growing resentment due to the ever-changing focus on small and insignificant matters that definitely kills morale 2) Blame Culture and Bureaucratic Workflows are very manual and outdated but some of the senior staff were hesitant to allow new team members to suggest improvements due to past incidents 3) Top-down Management Superiors claim to understand concerns but no improvements and be prepared to be counselled if you challenged them 4) Communication Gaps English is the standard language - Alot of verbal discussions were done in Mandarin which potentially leads to misinterpretation and translation errors

Friendly co-workers. Diverse atmosphere, nice office.

Cons

Will offer you whatever you want during interview process but wont hold up on their promise. High turnover rate. Their operating system is in GERMAN something they fail to mention during the interviewing process. Be prepared to have upper management checking your every move.
