      Pros

      I joined as a trainee and left as Senior Test Engineer. During this tenure, I struggle a lot to get the opportunity to groom as a QA.Only few helping hand in there to help you out. Environment is not friendly, but confusing. Vision of test manager is as wide as horizon(sic), You need to learn as much instead of any utilization creating a chos situation. No guidance is provided. Manager trust his favorite person of your performance too. HCM is bery helpful. Environment good as many things take place now and then.

      Cons

      Vision of manager needs to precise, Sick of favoritism and group-ism, blame game is superb , no support from test manager.

      Worst experience i ever had with any company

      Pros

      - Certification at the cost of company *condition apply - Get to know about new technologies

      Cons

      - They have mandatory RECURRING bond system which goes from 1L - 2L and every year you need to sign on the papers to get the appraisals - There tendency is to late the appraisals for 2 - 4 months so that employee needs to wait for it before leaving the company - No appreciation for your work - No management - You will going here and there working in different projects to get the work done by anyway compromising the code quality - Late stay is a habit - Hire freshers in a lot and then kick them out without notice after completion of the projects in 4 - 5 months of joining

      Talks about Best Place to Work - Actually should be worst

      Some of the pros are that you will be able to while away your time if your boss is happy

      Cons

      * Project Manager also expected to be BA * They talk about profiles but your movement to any other profile is based upon what the requirement is * Lately people who were fired are being asked to join back

      Thank you for taking out time to submit the review. Members coming back is a very healthy sign of any company's growth and culture. Our members are always in center of everything that we do. It really doesn't matter if someone has left the company, the relationship continues. Currently we are hiring in large numbers and it is fantabulous opportunity to again working with our alumni members! I am not sure why it is bad to expect PM to be a BA as well? It is our culture to extensively cross train PMs and QC managers to be effective BA as well. This increases their efficiency in managing the project very well and also we are able to generate more value for our customers.
