cto: -Doesn't have technical skills but acts like he have all kinds of knowledge. -Very political. -Not doing his role properly, but wants a hand in all other departments. -Doesn't take responsibility. -Always finding ways to push away issues instead of solving them. -Pushes the blame to everyone except himself. -Super inexperienced and yet not willing to learn. -Doesn't know how to communicate properly. -Only thinks that only he is correct, everyone else is wrong. -Too proud, stubborn and fake. -Always changing stories and never once admit that he is wrong. Company Overall: -Unreasonable time given to complete tasks on hand. -Little to no company benefits. -Doesn't care much about quality of products. -Does not show much appreciation, only continue to keep pile you work.

Management is terrible and does not consider fairly when it comes to employee circumstances to get work done. A lot of talk and dreams about making the company better, but they are empty promises because no actions have been taken to solve the dysfunctional work environment. No wonder employee turnover is at an all time high.
