Pros
Exposure to everything. Great access to the markets and freedom to network. People are fairly laid back and friendly in the office within normal ranks. Managers fairly open to requests.
Cons
Lots of office politics and low-balling on compensation compared to the market. Not a lot of trust with the management, and very high employee turnover as a result.
