Colleagues can be good. There isn't always a proper office. Working hour can be flexible.
Cons
Leader are really unethical. They can do things un-imaginable to a human with minimal conscience. Like putting people on "un-paid leave" forever, which is actually fire you without any notice. They easily feel ripped off, thus take advantage of other people whenever possible.
