There are no benefits to working at Octec. The program manager provides one set of instructions, only to change them the next day and shift the blame onto you. It seems she lacks a clear understanding of her role and responsibilities.

Cons

The program manager employs bullying tactics and micromanages, while inconsistent policies add to the challenges. Additionally, there is a lack of decisiveness regarding how tasks should be approached.

No support from management, everything gets shoved under the rug and turned a blind eye. Processes is very old school and unprofessional
