Pros

•The job itself is rewarding if you enjoy helping people and solving problems. •The company offers remote work, which is a huge plus. •Training is thorough, and expectations are clearly outlined at the start. •I’ve had supportive interactions with a few team leads and coworkers

Cons

•Frequent tech issues, including call drops and connectivity problems, affect performance but are often viewed as employee errors rather than system flaws. •Management communication can be inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like decisions are made without enough insight from those actually doing the job. •Updates to tools and platforms (like switching from Teams to Nextiva) have made communication less transparent instead of better. •Feedback tends to focus on what’s going wrong rather than recognizing what’s going right.

I love this company

Pros

-Fully remote company. I’ve been employed for already 6 months + and the team is AMAZING! I literally have no complaints. From the CEO, to the manager and the rest of the team are very humble people. -Work life balance -The pay is honestly reasonable for the role. -No micromanaging -Supportive team

Cons

-It is a startup, so you are expected to adapt to the many changes and the new companies that we link with. You have to learn a variety of EMR’s. IMO not much of a con but if I have to say anything it would be that. -No benefits (as of right now)
