Pros
Company benefit is better than many local SME companies. Thanks to Norway office that had my manager to do a salary market comparison, and I was so much underpaid... got a good adjustment then.
Cons
Manager was very bias towards the pioneer batch staffs whom joined her team from start. Unfair distribution of workloads and treatment. Feedback to Norway management, they asked my manager to do adjustment on the workload, and she unwillingly made a tiny insignificant change to show that she made adjustment, She has great memory but no knowledge and flexibility, unable to give advise when there're issues. Some of us got compliments/appreciations from the ship crews, but the pioneer staffs only received complains, that said it all.
