Pros

There are absolutely NO pros to working at Ollion. The company is a complete disaster from top to bottom. Incompetent leadership, nonexistent support, and a toxic work culture make this place a nightmare. Stay far away if you value your career and mental well-being.

Cons

I was with Cloud Comrade (now Ollion Pte LTD) for over five years before the merger and acquisition (M&A). After the merger, everyone had the unfortunate experience of working at Ollion, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others. From the very beginning of M&A, it was evident that the management was utterly clueless when it came to understanding the intricacies of the cloud business. Their lack of direction and strategy was alarming, leading to a chaotic work environment where employees were left to fend for themselves. One of the most egregious aspects of Ollion's operations is their hire and fire policy, which seemed to be the only consistent aspect of their management approach. Massive layoffs and retrenchments were rampant, leaving dedicated employees uncertain about their future and demoralized by the constant threat of losing their livelihoods. To make matters worse, the HR department was utterly useless, offering no support or guidance to employees facing challenges. Their policies made no sense and seemed designed to benefit the company's bottom line rather than prioritize the well-being of its employees. It became painfully clear that leadership positions within Ollion were not earned through merit but rather based on biased decisions. This blatant favoritism only served to further erode morale and create a toxic work culture where talented individuals were overlooked in favor of those with personal connections to the higher-ups. As a subsidiary of ST Telemedia, one would expect better investment decisions to be made. However, Ollion proved to be a complete disaster, squandering resources and failing to deliver on its promises. ST Telemedia would undoubtedly be better off reallocating their investments elsewhere, away from this sinking ship of mismanagement and incompetence. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering employment or business dealings with Ollion to steer clear. The company's track record speaks for itself, and it's clear that they have a long way to go before they can be considered a reputable player in the industry.

Pros

Relatively good salaries. Supportive co-workers.

Cons

Leaders are hands off running the business with little idea how to build the business after merger. Management lets people go to reduce costs rather than looking at growing the business.
