Pros

Opportunity to make a high salary

Cons

They lie about the hours. You end up working 12 hours 6 days a week. They try to plan team nights to motivate you but it just makes the hours longer. Solely commission based. Their employee retention is terrible so they use promotions & business trips as an incentive to stay. I never received my commission for my first few sales.

Pros

1) People are friendly enough 2) They had an old NES! 3) Office was decent enough 4) They'll get you on their sales pitch like they did with me and try to butter you up 5) You'll learn the inner workings of a white collar criminal

Cons

It's purely direct marketing sales scam based on a pyramid scheme. I went into this thinking it would be a great opportunity to earn some money and help my family with our debts. That was not the case at all. As soon as I realized what this was, I was immediately out of it. I couldn't even pitch my speech that I was written because I didn't believe in what I was saying, mostly because it wasn't written by me. Long story short, I was being asked to sacrifice my integrity to lie to people's faces, the same ones I care about genuinely making happy, about services and charities that they didn't need or weren't even real. I didn't even pitch my whole time there. By the time my manager came by and told me that I should work or that I should leave, I left. Went home after only 3 hours in.

PYRAMID SCHEME

Pros

Nice people, office close to penn station

Cons

A complete job scam. Was told I would be a "communications coordinator" that I applied for and instead they had me soliciting for donations at grand central station. On top of that I was commuting from Long Island and they were making me work 15 hour days 6 days a week for a $30 base pay plus commission (that I wasn't even getting because training is 4 weeks) which turns out to be $5 an hour which is LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE! I lasted there ONE DAY and when I called to quit the girl I spoke to didn't even care as if she is used to people quitting after one day. DO NOT WORK HERE it is a spirit crushing PYRIMAD SCHEME!!
