Paid on time, no hazel to receive payment.

Cons

Got fired Out without notice, without explanation. Just locked out from tools. Terrible management specially from the owner/CEO. Didn't even had a reason or something formally communicated.

Everyone seemed decent at first.

Cons

The turnover here is shocking. Employees leave because fair pay and promised promotions are ignored. After months, the same people are begged to return with the promotion they earned long ago. The cycle is absurd and completely avoidable.

Cons

Leadership is deeply flawed and driven by arrogance. Pay is handled unfairly, with constant attempts to reduce or delay what employees earn. Hard work is met with anxiety over whether payment will even arrive as promised. Firings happen suddenly and without clear cause, creating fear and instability across the team.
